Morrigan has a new face

So I decided to change Morrigan's face....There wasn't anything wrong with it, it just didn't suit the character I had in mind for her...so here she is with her new face

AWOL for a while and now back

I haven't felt myself lately...that's why I haven't posted up much recently....I became very ill in a short space of time so I didn't feel up to much at all...I am relieved after a few tests and X-rays that it is nothing serious as we thought it might be, and I am much better than I was and slowly getting back to normal...

My beloved Bunny "Jolie" passed away last week after a long illness, which has knocked me sideways as she has left such a big gap....Jolie had an amazing personality and we are so sad that we lost her to an over zealous infection that completely overwhelmed her....

My PC continued to die slowly and gave up the ghost last week....It's amazing how much you miss your window to the world when you haven't got it...And you realise just how much you rely on it....But we managed to get a reconditioned unit with new insides at a brilliant price, and i'm back on thank goodness!

I now have a another new girl!

She is a Dream Of Doll  DOT E-an

I will be removing her faceup as it does not fit the character I have in mind for her....Her name is Morrigan

and I'm excited about creating a look for her....her eyes are handmade by me

Interview Looming!

I have been asked to do an online interview about Tate my Lara croft doll...A huge a well respected Tomb Raider site wants me to create an article about Tate and her Lara Croft outfits...I will be re-creating Lara's default Legend outfit link here step by step to show how to create an outfit in miniature so to speak...I think it will be a lot of fun...

Lara Croft Classic is finished!!!

I have always wanted a definitve Lara Croft doll as I am a HUGE geek of a fan of Lara since 1996...I have cosplayed Lara and had so much fun doing it.....I have also run a Lara Croft website for years (My Site) and she has become a big part of my life....Anyways I have looked at dozens of dolls trying to find a girl that matched Lara's attributes...I went to a doll meet way back in the summer last year and one of my friends bought along her Iplehouse Jessica...The moment I saw her I was smitten, and she was just gorgeous! She matched what I was looking for, and i just had to have her!
So i saved like a mad thing and got her last year...Lemme tell ya she is one BIG doll! Tate is 65cms and as heavy as a bag of potatoes!....I plan to make every outfit Lara has worn, but I will be starting with all her default outfits...Everything you see clothing wise top,shorts,backpack,gunrig,socks were all made by me..her guns came in kit form...They were put together and handpainted
So here she is ! My Iplehouse Jessica "Tate" as Classic Lara Croft.....

Back to work!

So it's now back to work for 2011....My sewing machine is out again and creating for me...

When i recieved my MiniFee Miyu she was naked, and i just couldn't let her sit with nothing to wear...

I put this little dress together for her on saturday and i think she approves! I'm hoping to stock this style in

different fabrics and colours in my Etsy shop .

I have also been working on more Littlefee/YOSD dresses that i plan to list during the week...

New Year and new girl in the house!

This gorgeous little girl arrived on my birthday (27th Dec) as a present from my

lovely hubby Andy....

She is a Minifee Miyu...She has a faceup by the very talented artist "Meee"

I didn't care for the eyes she came with, not that there was anything wrong with them they just didn't suit....so i made her a pair of amethyst grey....

And her name?

"Little Nell"

May I wish you lots of wonderful things for the new year

Me? Well I shall be creating more wings, more fashions for BJD's and treading with much trepidation into the world of faceups.....

Minifee's are notoriously hard to clothe, so i shall be releasing my own range for these slim MSD ladies..So watch this space!!!

Pygmalion Society masked winter ball

This doll meet was amazing i had such a great time with some lovely people...Here are pics of my girls i took...They had handmade outfits made by me and i created their masks too...Pretty in pink my little Iplehouse JID "soleil", and my twist on Alice In Wonderland is my Asleep Eidolon Col "Wren".
